New York Academy Mentorship Seminar

              The youths of the next generation depends on the mentors of today. On 30-31 March, numerous young mentors from all over east coast came together to discuss issues in their communities and worked collaboratively to come up with effective solutions. A panel of guest speakers were invited to share their experiences with mentoring and how one can effectively mentor a mentee. Through workshops, these enthusiastic young individuals brainstormed future plans. They gained new knowledge and looked at events from a different perspective. For the whole weekend, mentors worked diligently and sharpened their skills to be of better service to their communities.
